Noah’s Mill is a bourbon matured for between 4 and 20 years in the hills of Kentucky. Produced in small batches and bottled at 57.2% abv.

On the nose, there is rich maple syrup, dark berries, leather, and a subtle mossy note. The palate is smooth with baking spices and toasted hazelnuts before leading into the sweet and oaky medium finish.
