Talisker 25 Year old is a dram for defining a truly exceptional moment. Shaped by the volcanic ancient terrain of the Isle of Skye, this limited edition single malt was matured in mostly American oak hogsheads, along with some European oak refill casks. Bottled at 45.8% abv.

On the nose, aromas of seaweed and old oranges dominate, with touches of smoke. The palate starts gentle with some acidity and saltiness that immediately builds in intensity. Slow and sweet, then kicks in peppery and hot with balancing bitterness, salt and smoke, before a long and slightly smoky finish.
